Our team has been building mixed use, commercial and residential Real Estate for the past 25 Years. In the past 15 years it has shifted its focus to hotels only. The group has built 25 hotels in the tri-state area, along with some projects in Canada.
Our focus and experience in hotel building, along with our in-house team of construction and support positions allows us to develop properties very quickly and at a dis-count. Our past performance with various selling sources allows us access to off market and undervalued deals. Our strong relationships with the hospitality groups insures that we will get the best flag for the project which in turn will increase the end value of the project.
Domenick Pisciotta was born in Switzerland and has 25 years of experience working as a real estate and finance entrepreneur.
During his career he has owned, managed, renovated and sold commercial and residential properties in the Tri-State area, including ownership and management of 100+ commercial, specialty and residential units. In addition, he has invested more than $150 million in the construction of hotel ventures, including eight hotel properties with 1000+ rooms in the Tri-State area.
Pisciotta’s focus is on identifying and acquiring off-market, under-valued and distressed properties and then adding value by investing substantial equity in each project in a general contractor role.
In addition to his real estate holdings, Pisciotta was the Vice President of New World Mortgage, a mortgage bank with 25 offices in NY and banking licenses in 32 states. He was also Vice President of Geneva Settlement Services, a title and settlement company that served the New York area.
His specialties include: financial analysis and forecasts of assets and instruments; preparation of action plans; investment decisions based on feasibility studies, construction planning, cash flow analysis, industry and economic conditions; and complex asset and instrument acquisitions and restructuring.
Currently, his companies concentrate on the ground-up development and management of flagged airport, business and suite hotels with limited to mid-range services.
Born in India, Amritpal Sandhu has honed his skill set over the past 28 years in developing, operating, owning and managing hotel properties throughout the United States and Canada. He has developed various hotel brands, including Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, LaQuinta Inn and Suites, Best Western, Wyndham Garden and Days Inn.
In 1990, Sandhu began his career as a general contractor and worked his way up to become a leading developer, builder, owner and operator of various brand hotels. In 2002, his career path took him to Oklahoma City, where he bought a distressed hotel property and repositioned it as a dual brand hotel. He led a turnaround of fortunes at that project.
With the success of Oklahoma City project, Sandhu started to acquire under-valued assets to reposition or to develop as ground up hotels. He is skilled at delivering complex projects under budget and on schedule. He oversees the team throughout the process of acquisition, value-add and ground up development of hotel properties. Together with his team, Sandhu studies properties and cities in the United States and Canada to determine what works and what does not.
He approaches the real estate development business with an open mind. His background provides him with the ultimate sense of a particular hotel project which in turn makes every project successful.
